First public release of Perga — a native macOS menu-bar utility for the recurring "port already in use" problem.

• Press ⌘⇧K to open the overlay, search by port / PID / process / project, and kill instantly.
• Menu-bar list of active development ports, with one-click quick-kill on any of them.
• Select several rows in the panel and clear them in a single pass.
• Safe-kill (SIGTERM → SIGKILL) and force-kill (SIGKILL) modes.
• Free in full — no licence, no limits, nothing held back. Paying is optional and buys nothing extra.
• Automatic update checking (plus a manual "Check for Updates…") and the About / Support / Diagnostics surfaces are powered by the DNZ Labs runtime.
