These Terms of Service govern your use of DNZ Labs websites, applications, software, downloads, updates, licensing services, and related services.
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any DNZ Labs product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DNZ Labs products.
1. About DNZ Labs
DNZ Labs builds macOS applications and utilities for productivity, development, privacy, research, workspace management, and related workflows.
Our products are designed as focused software tools. Each product may have its own feature set, pricing, license terms, and update policy.
2. Products Covered
These Terms apply to all DNZ Labs products, including current and future macOS applications, helper tools, websites, downloads, update feeds, license services, and support services.
A product-specific page may include additional details about features, pricing, limitations, supported platforms, and requirements.
If a product-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific term applies only to that product.
3. Software License
When you purchase or activate a DNZ Labs product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the applicable license tier.
You do not own the software. DNZ Labs retains all ownership rights, intellectual property rights, source code rights, branding rights, design rights, and distribution rights.
You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute DNZ Labs software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where legally permitted;
- bypass license checks, activation systems, update systems, or technical restrictions;
- use DNZ Labs products to violate laws or third-party rights;
- remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
4. License Tiers
DNZ Labs products may be offered under different license tiers, including free, annual, lifetime, trial, or promotional licenses.
The exact license tiers available for a product are shown on the product page or checkout page.
A lifetime license means lifetime use of the purchased major product line under the terms offered at purchase. It does not guarantee that every future product, unrelated product, cloud service, paid upgrade, or major rewrite will be included for free unless explicitly stated.
An annual license remains active while the subscription is valid and paid.
A free license may include usage limits, feature limits, or update limits.
5. Activation and Device Limits
Some DNZ Labs products require license activation.
Activation may check:
- license validity;
- product slug;
- license tier;
- refund or revocation status;
- device activation count;
- subscription status;
- version or update entitlement.
DNZ Labs may limit the number of devices activated under one license.
If you change devices or exceed activation limits, contact support.
DNZ Labs may revoke or disable licenses that are refunded, abused, shared publicly, fraudulently obtained, or used in violation of these Terms.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy or another authorized merchant of record.
Payment providers may collect billing information, tax information, payment details, country information, and transaction metadata.
DNZ Labs does not directly store full credit card numbers.
Pricing, taxes, discounts, and payment availability may vary by region, product, and time.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product, purchase type, payment processor, and applicable law.
If a refund is approved, the related license may be disabled, revoked, or marked as refunded.
Using a refunded license is not permitted.
See our Refund Policy for more details.
8. Updates
DNZ Labs products may use Sparkle or another update mechanism to check for and install updates.
Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, feature improvements, or product changes.
DNZ Labs does not guarantee that every product will receive updates forever.
Some updates may require a valid license, active subscription, or supported operating system.
9. Support
DNZ Labs may provide support through email, website forms, documentation, or other official channels.
Support availability may depend on product status, license tier, workload, and technical feasibility.
We aim to respond to support requests in a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee response times unless explicitly stated.
