Oleo support

Oleo 1.0.0 is out. Download it from the product page — it needs macOS 13.0 or later.

Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Oleo onto the Applications folder beside it, then eject the disk image. The app is signed and notarised by Apple, so it opens without a Gatekeeper warning.

A licence key arrives by email after purchase. Enter it under Manage License in the app’s menu — see License Help if it does not take.

Oleo checks for updates in the background and shows an Install item in its menu when one is ready; you can also ask it directly with Check for Updates. Every version is listed in the changelog.

The app name, its version, your macOS version, and what happened right before it are almost always enough to find the cause — and you do not have to look any of them up. Open Oleo and use Copy Diagnostic Info on its support screen, then paste that into your email.

Email support@dnzlabs.app with the product name in the subject. A person reads it; no ticket system is active yet.
